Airport Transfer Process
01 Check your booking
Check the date, flight, pickup and drop-off locations in your booking, along with the passenger count and number of bags.
Have a contact method ready that can receive messages on the day. If any details change, contact JS to confirm them.
02 Receive your meeting details
We’ll send your driver’s details and meeting point no later than 24 hours before your service starts. Read and save the instructions you receive, and stay reachable on the day.
For airport pickups, your driver will check the flight status in advance, arrive early at the pickup location and send you a message while waiting. Waiting time and charges are subject to the conditions of your booking.

03 Meet your driver
At Kansai International Airport (KIX), allow approximately 50 minutes as a guide for immigration and baggage collection after arrival. Actual times vary with your flight, immigration queues and baggage delivery.
Airport pickup: after completing arrival formalities and collecting your luggage, follow the exit, walking route and meeting-point instructions provided for this booking.
Airport drop-off: bring all your luggage and meet your driver at the agreed hotel or other pickup location at the booked time.
04 Check and get on board
Check the driver, vehicle and booking details before getting in to make sure you have the right vehicle.
Make sure everyone in your group and all your luggage are present, then get on board to begin your transfer.

01 Check your booking details
Check the booking date, passenger count, number of bags and agreed pickup location.
See the seating and luggage reference images below. Confirm the actual seating and luggage arrangements with JS.
02 Confirm the Day Before
Your itinerary, sightseeing order and time at each stop are normally agreed with JS and finalized by the day before your service. Unless exceptional circumstances arise, we follow the agreed route on the day. The driver may adjust timings or the order of stops to account for traffic.
03 Get Ready for the Day
On the day, check your itinerary and the weather, and prepare for your day out. Review and save your driver's details, then meet at the agreed time and location. If your hotel has multiple entrances, follow the meeting instructions to find the correct one.
04 Set Off with Support
Once all passengers are aboard and luggage is safely loaded, your day begins. On request, the driver can help with ticket purchases, simple translation, and recommendations for local photo spots or places to eat. This assistance does not constitute a guided tour: the service excludes accompaniment, guiding or commentary inside attractions, as well as professional tour-guide services.
05 Explore independently and arrange pickup
Before getting out, agree on the specific pickup location and time with your driver.
Explore the inside of each attraction independently. Driver accompaniment and guided commentary are not included.
06 Continue to the next stop and finish your trip
After your visit, meet your driver at the agreed time and location, then continue to your next stop.
Repeat the visit, meeting and transfer process at each stop. Once the day’s itinerary is complete, the service ends at your agreed drop-off location.

FAQs and pre-service checks
When will I receive my driver’s details?
Your driver will contact you the day before your service via a messaging app such as KakaoTalk, LINE, Telegram, WeChat or WhatsApp, or at the email address provided when booking. Please check your messages and email for the driver’s details and meeting arrangements. For urgent assistance, you can also email JS Co., Ltd. at info@js-ride.com.
Where do I meet my driver?
For airport pickups, follow the meeting instructions you receive. For airport drop-offs and private charters, meet at the agreed location at the booked time.
Example meeting instructions:
1. Leave the terminal through Exit D.
2. Continue straight past two sets of traffic lights.
This route is an example only. Follow the meeting instructions sent for your booking and obey the traffic signals on site. Meeting points may differ by flight and arrangement.
What if I haven’t received the details or can’t find my driver?
Contact customer support at info@js-ride.com and include your booking details.
Service Duration & Overtime Fees
Service duration is based on your booked package, such as 5 or 10 hours, or a custom duration agreed with us. Time beyond the agreed duration is subject to overtime fees under the policy applicable to your booking.
