Cancellation Policy

Booking & Service Policy * Please choose a suitable vehicle based on the number of passengers and luggage. * Child seats are available upon request at the time of booking. The first child seat is complimentary. Each additional child seat is ¥2,000 (tax included). * If you plan to travel with a pet, please contact us before making your reservation. * Please provide a phone number or messaging app (WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, KakaoTalk, etc.) that can be reached on the day of your service. * Airport transfers are arranged based on the flight information provided at the time of booking. Please notify us as soon as possible if your flight details change. * Your driver information and meeting point details will be sent no later than 24 hours before your service. * For airport pickups, complimentary waiting time is up to 90 minutes after your flight's actual arrival time. After that, a waiting fee of ¥2,500 (tax included) will be charged for every additional 30 minutes. * For private charter services, overtime will be charged at ¥5,000 (tax included) per hour after the reserved service time. * If we are unable to contact you or meet you after a reasonable waiting period, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation. * Additional charges may apply, or service may be declined, if the actual number of passengers, luggage, or itinerary differs from the booking details. * Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted inside the vehicle. * If vomiting or excessive soiling requires special cleaning or deodorization, a cleaning fee of ¥35,000 (tax included) will be charged. * Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
